Cine Kit List FAQs

Cine Kit List provides a discount option for customers who want to route their purchase through our service. Orders are processed by Adorama and shipping is handled by their warehouses and delivery networks. If you do have any special questions about shipping, taxes or expedited delivery options please present those to us before your purchase.

Can you process and ship my order out today?

Orders are processed by Adorama and shipping is handled by their warehouses and delivery network. If your item is in stock, your order will often be processed that day, however that is not guaranteed. If you have an order you want processed same-day, please place your order as early as possible and remember Adorama is in the EST. Placing an order at 4pm PST means you missed the cutoff for that day. Once you have placed the order, it’s in the queue. Any special requests for urgent processing need to be presented to our team prior to your purchase and we’ll let you know what is possible.

When is my purchase scheduled to arrive?

In your Adorama profile, you have an option to select past or active orders and see if anything has shipped yet. If it has shipped, you can click on tracking to find out where it is along the way and see your ETA right there. If it’s backordered, that will be noted as well. 

Can you expedite my delivery or do you offer next-day shipping?

Customers will be presented with multiple shipping options at checkout. If your delivery is time-sensitive, please choose an expedited shipping option. Do not select FREE standard shipping and then ask us to expedite your delivery. Shipping is handled by Adorama’s warehouses and delivery network. If you do need next-day delivery and don’t see that option at checkout, please reach out to us and we’ll look into it for you.

A quick note. Shipping is currently bottlenecked in many places in the US due to labor shortages, weather conditions and overwhelming demand. Expedited shipping is your safest bet if you require urgent delivery for an upcoming project.


Do I have to pay taxes?

Adorama does charge taxes. Your taxes will be calculated at checkout.

I’m a tax exempt customer. I don’t see my tax exemption at checkout.

If you have applied for a tax exemption through Adorama and it has been granted, we are happy to help remove the taxes for you after you have placed your order. There is currently no option to avoid seeing taxes at checkout. Pleases send us over your order number with a note that you’re a tax exempt customer. We’ll make sure you get connected with the right team to remove the taxes before your order ships out.
